We’re very pleased to have added a show this week that’s close to home: The Night Drivers and I will be performing at Music City Roots, a concert series and radio show that happens at the Loveless Cafe in Nashville. We’re performing there with a great lineup of artists, including Claire Lynch and Gary Morris, and we’re really looking forward to it. We’ve been on the road for much of the summer, so this is our first and only appearance in the Nashville area this summer with all of the regular band members: Ned Luberecki, Jon Weisberger and Mark Stoffel. We hope you can make it. The show starts at 7:00 PM. For more information, call 615.646.0067, or go to www.musiccityroots.com.
In other news, we’re off the road for a couple of weeks, but we’ll be hitting it pretty hard come the Labor Day weekend, with shows in Fort Fairfield, Maine, Waretown, NJ (see Tour Dates page) and elsewhere.

By popular demand (okay, one person asked), I’m continuing the Fake Blog Comment of the Week (FBCW). These are comments submitted by spammers (the cyberscum of the earth), meant to look like real comments on your blog. Lo and behold, I may have found the Fake Blog Comment of the Year (FBCY)! I quote:
“Now, existence may get so lonely, don’t you think? Relationships is not really an awful answer after all, specifically there is offered rather huge gatherings, bunch of gift giving, toasty regards, blooms, beautiful jewelry, and also muffins! Just like him or her, a person cannot grow to be by herself usually and forever. Take pleasure in your site and recommended for bookmarking it.”
That one will be hard to top. We hope to see you at Music City Roots, or a show somewhere near you.
Toasty regards!
Chris
